Night Time Kundalini
Last night I had a Kundalini surge that woke me up, that's the first time i've had such an experience and it was odd.
I woke in the middle of a surge, and I didn't feel it rise at all, just felt the full force of it in mid flow. Afterwards I didn't have any trouble getting back to sleep and I had a vivid dream about birds mobbing an open air restaurant.
Now in the light of the morning all I remember of the
surge is that it happened, which I am pleased about, although I wish
I had been more awake.
