I am having the strangest feeling, like I am learning things I already know. I realise I have had this before, but for the feeling to repeat over supposedly new information is weird.

I have been doing this cross eyed thing for a while now where I de-focus my eyes so that everything becomes clear. I have also noticed an ability that I have acquired to work without thinking about it.

So I've recently bought a copy of the Tales of Power and in the very first chapter it speaks of crossing ones eyes as the only way of stopping the world and of writing without thinking. Upon reading this I was stunned, I was doing these previously unnamed things without knowing what they were. Once I read Castanedas explanations of them I instantly recognised them, and was able to give them names.
