Most people are searching for something. They are looking for peace.

They think that they will find in in a cosy bed, or on a hot beach in the bahamas, maybe beside a warm fire curled up on sofa.

They will not.

They can never find peace in these places because while they are searching for the right thing they are looking in all the wrong places. The feeling of peace cannot be found in any spacial position. Geography and heat play no part in the problem and people find this out all the time but fail to learn anything from it.

A holiday is as stressful as staying at home. Staying in bed means you have time to worry about any number of issues in your life. Sitting by a warm fire you will notice all sorts of things that need doing in the house.

The right place to look is inside your head, it is there that you will find peace, and only there.
