Your brain doesn't need the sugar, you just think it does.

Yes it aids your concentration but it is not needed.

Your body can function just as well, if not better without sugar.

You just have to get over the cold turkey phase.

One day is probably all that it takes. Just one day then you'll be better.

More able to cope, brake the link between eating crap and saying it helps you think.
